Volvo Cars Lakeridge is seeking a dynamic Business Manager to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who can make numbers feel less scary, contracts less confusing, and the vehicle purchase process a breeze.

In this role, you'll help our customers find the perfect ownership solutions while ensuring our finance and insurance protocols run smoothly and compliantly.

 

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through financing, leasing, and protection options in a transparent, customer-centric manner
• Secure approvals from lenders and finalize contracts accurately and efficiently
• Manage finance and insurance (F&I) products, warranties, and aftermarket offerings while maintaining high ethical standards
• Partner and train the sales team in the F&I function to deliver a seamless vehicle purchase experience for our customers
• Monitor F& I metrics, ensuring profitability and compliance with all regulatory standards
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending programs, manufacturer incentives, and industry best practices

 

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and business development within the automotive industry (Volvo or premium luxury brand experience an asset)
• Excellent project management abilities with attention to detail and organization skills
• Proven ability to build trust and explain complex information clearly
• Experience in fostering a positive work environment.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies is an asset.
• Must be OMVIC certified
• Valid G Driver's Licence with a clean driving abstract
