You:
As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a key role in managing the sales floor and ensuring our customers receive an extraordinary experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of dealership management, driving our new and used departments to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants to meet and exceed targets
- Train and coach team members on sales strategies, product knowledge, and customer service techniques
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience from first contact to long-term ownership
- Oversee the sales process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist in managing sales inventory and ensuring showroom presentation meets brand standards
- Foster a positive and high-energy environment that encourages teamwork and accountability
- Work with all departments and team members with excellent communication and team work to do "whatever it takes" to ensure the business runs smoothly
- Maintain knowledge of luxury vehicle brands, market trends, and competitor activity
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success as a top-performing sales consultant (luxury vehicle sales experience a plus)
- Passion for exceptional customer service and delivering results
- Strong leadership skills and a desire to support and inspire a team
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges and responsibilities
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to integrity, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
- Experience with sales processes and understanding of automotive sales tools is preferred
- Must have a valid Class G Driver's License, OMVIC license, and a proven record of sales success

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
